    While our cornflowers are cut mechanically, they are harvested manually by seasonal workers participating in social integration programs.

    Extraction takes place in Gaillac, just 50 meters from the fields! The aim is to produce COSMOS-certified organic cornflower distilled water. The organic cornflower distilled water is then shipped to our site in Soual, 48 kilometers away, to be incorporated into the formula.

    Moisturize or nourish: what difference does it make for my skin?

    HYDRATE: Provide your skin with water.

    Water is vital for the skin, helping to strengthen the skin barrier.
    When the skin is “thirsty,” feelings of tightness and discomfort appear. It is therefore necessary to provide it with care enriched with moisturizing active ingredients.
    Dehydration is not a skin type but a skin condition, which means it is “temporary” and not pathological. 

    NOURISH: Provide your skin with lipids.
     

    Dry skin most often needs nourishment because it does not produce enough oil.
    When the skin lacks nourishment, the skin barrier is more fragile and water loss accelerates. It therefore needs care products rich in lipids and fatty substances to provide immediate comfort and relief. Dry skin may need to be moisturized AND nourished, which is not the case for dehydrated skin!

    Serum is a highly concentrated skincare product tailored to your skin. It often has a liquid or fluid texture, allowing it to penetrate quickly and deeply into the skin. It should be applied before your daily skincare routine.

    Day cream is an everyday skincare product: it is mainly used to keep the skin sufficiently hydrated throughout the day.

    Night cream, a regenerating treatment: at night, your skin cells regenerate, and night cream helps and boosts cell renewal.

    The alcohol contained in our Revitalizing Serum formula is naturally sourced. It is derived from fermented beets using non-GMO Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. It is produced in Dijon.

    The hyaluronic acid used in the Bleuet BIO range, including the Bleuet BIO Water Serum, is 100% natural. It is obtained through a biosynthesis process involving fermentation, using wheat grains and lactic acid bacteria.

    We are committed to preserving biodiversity by growing cornflowers in our own organic fields. Every stage of the process, from design to manufacturing, takes place within a radius of just 48 km to ensure complete traceability “from farm to face” and minimize our impact on the ecosystem. After harvesting, the cornflowers travel just 200 meters to the Gaillac site to extract the cornflower floral water needed for Klorane cornflower products. The formulas are manufactured in our eco-responsible factory in Castres, which is certified High Environmental Quality. Clinical tests, under dermatological and ophthalmological control, are carried out at the Toulouse site.
