Tips for dealing with post-pregnancy hair loss

Baby has arrived, but your pregnancy glow is gone. Like all good things that must come to an end, the lush hair you had during pregnancy is no different. It may even be suddenly falling out and littering your bathroom floor. Don't panic, this is perfectly normal!

Healthy eating

Resume a healthy and balanced diet as soon as possible to allow your body to replenish its supply of essential vitamins and minerals. Lean meat, fatty fish, legumes, vegetables and fruit: give preference to natural sources and, if you need a helping hand, think about food supplements, but seek professional advice before you start.
